Acclaimed vibraphonist Mike Freeman returns with his ZonaVibe with the album entitled "Venetian Blinds," a material of talent born and masterfully worked.

Mike Freeman ZonaVibe brings together a stimulating mix of original Latin music characterized by an energetic swing soul. Based in New York City, from Omaha, NE, Mike has performed in prominent places in the United States, Canada, South America, the Caribbean and Europe.

Mike is widely known for acting and recording with several acclaimed Latin groups, including percussionist Ray Mantilla from 2002 to the present. «Good Vibrations» on Savant Records was Jazzweek's best Latinwezz recording on the radio in 2006.

He performed and recorded with the Lucho Cueto Black Sugar star group and for more than ten years with Son Boricua by José Mangual Jr. with Jimmy Sabater (one of Boogaloo's architects).

He also performed with the Harlem Spanish Orchestra (directed by Oscar Hernández) at Madison Square Garden and with Joe Cuba by Willie Villegas. Exteto with the legendary sono Cheo Feliciano.
