The majority of compositions in this great double album were written by the aforementioned musicians. The two Bunny Beck Suites, both arranged by the saxophonist Juan Manuel Ceruto, take us on a rhythmic journey where son, danzón or cha-cha-cha are sublimated. In this Rolando Luna stands out in the piano.

HUG: THE HAVANA SESSIONS. The Double CD, coined by the newly created Ansonica label, presented arrangements for big band, small combos and choir and chamber ensembles of renowned exponents such as Bunny Beck, Roger Bourland, Don Bowyer, Margaret Brandman, John Carollo, Timothy Miller, Mel Mobley and Michael Murray, who worked on the island with musicians from the Cuban Symphony Orchestra, members of the Buena Vista Social Club and Irakere, among others.

Dayron was an instrumental part of the team which created the upcoming release ABRAZO: THE HAVANA SESSIONS, a PARMA-produced double album recorded November 9-13, 2015 in Havana, Cuba.  As with all recording sessions, there were more than a few moving parts and Dayron helped keep some particularly crucial ones spinning in the right direction.
